Q1. What if my item arrives damaged?  ▾

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy. In many cases you won’t need to return the damaged item, but we may ask you to keep it or the packaging for verification.

Q2. Can I cancel my order?  ▾

You can request a cancellation before your order ships. Once an order has been packed or handed over to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead be handled under our Return & Refund Policy. Custom or made-to-order items may have more limited cancellation options.

Q3. Are your products officially licensed?  ▾

No. Our products are third-party, compatible display frames and cases. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LEGO® or POP MART®, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Q4. How do I contact support?  ▾
